How do I qualify for a loan?
To qualify for a loan you must be employed, must be able to present two forms of identification, have a minimum of $800 gross monthly income (verifiable), verifiable contact information, and an active checking account. Please see "How to Get a Loan".
Can I be denied a loan?
Yes. If you do not meet the minimum guidelines established by Rocky Mountain Money Advance you may be denied a loan.
What are the fees for obtaining a loan?

Does Rocky Mountain Money Advance check my credit report?
No.
How long does it take to receive my loan?
Upon arriving at our location, most applicants will receive their loan in less than 15 minutes.

Can I have more than one loan outstanding?
Yes, as long as you qualify for additional funds and the total amount of your loans does not exceed the Colorado maximum loan amount of $500.
Can I change my mind after receiving a loan?
You have the right to rescind your loan by notifying us before the close of business the day following your loan date. To do so, you should return to RMMA and request to rescind your loan and return the loaned funds.
Where can I find information about my loan?
All information related to your loan is included on the loan agreement that you signed during origination. If you are in need of any additional information, you may call Rocky Mountain Money Advance directly at 303-708-8566.
What if I do not understand my loan agreement?
A Rocky Mountain Money Advance representative can thoroughly explain and answer any questions you may have concerning your loan agreement.
Can I refinance or extend my loan?
Please contact RMMA at 303-708-8566 to discuss options related to extending or refinancing your loan.
Can I pay my loan off early?
Yes. There are no prepayment penalties for paying your loan off early. You may also be entitled to a return of a prorated portion of your finance fee in you choose to pay your loan off early.
What if I cannot repay my loan on the due date?
